The Council onQuality Leadership (CQL) is a nationally
recognized organization that assists organizations like
Community Services with improving the quality of life for people
with disabilities or other challenges, as well as providing support
to the communities and care givers that serve this population.
The Council onQuality and Leadership awarded us with a three
year accreditation to further develop person-centered care and
overall continuous quality improvement. The process provided
us with supports and tools to help allow thosewe serve to live
the lives theywant. This partnership continues to push us
beyond regulatory requirements. It drives our commitment to
continuous improvement, increased quality of care for people
receiving our services and enables us to support and empower
people to achieve their goals and dreams.

Ron is just one of themany peoplewho shared their stories
of success during the accreditation process. The supports
provided by Community Services have enabled him to progress
into paid employment, purchase a vehicle and also, become a
member of the self-advocacy group, L.E.A.D.E.R.S.
